S2E28: "Hearts Don't Break Even" With Miriam Zeitlin
Raquel Betesh and Miriam Zeitlin discuss Break Ups!
From the importance of understanding one's own attachment style and processing style in dealing with breakups, to emphasizing the need to acknowledge one's feelings and not rush into new relationships. They also highlighted the importance of self-reflection, honesty, and open communication in relationships, and the need to recognize one's worth and not seek validation from others. The conversation concluded with the importance of learning from past relationships, forgiving oneself and others, and trusting in Hashem.
Miriam Zeitlin is a certified dating/relationship coach, kallah teacher, and shadchan. Having been through the shidduch and dating scene with her boys, Miriam saw a huge need for dating coaches who understand the frum shidduch system. Miriam grew up in Brooklyn and attended school in Chicago, so she understands and connects well with people from all backgrounds.
