What watching Sean Johnson, Mele Hufanga and Gayle Broughton inspired within me.
Honestly, I’m still sitting in awe. There’s something so powerful about listening to elite athletes speak, not just about what they’ve achieved, but how they think, how they move, and how they become the opportunities they step into.
One thing that really stayed with me was when Gayle said, “we manifested this.” And I felt that.
Manifestation, to me, isn’t just about visualising what you want… it’s about becoming the version of you who is ready to receive it.
These women didn’t just hope for opportunities - they backed themselves. They showed up. They stayed consistent. They played every game like it was a final.
They bought into something bigger than themselves.
That’s self-belief at a whole different level.
