12. FriendTrip 2025: Muddy Waters and Moving Mountains with the "Hey, Var! Podcast"
We did it! FriendTrip 2025—our first-ever getaway with two other friend duos—is officially in the books, and today’s guests are living proof that you can roll with us and live to tell about it (mud, meltdowns, and all).
From deflated inner tubes in murky waters to soul-soaking conversations in the hot tub, we unpack what it looked like to let go, lean in, and laugh a lot. There were definitely moments we thought we’d lost them—but spoiler alert: both women said they’d do it again. That, friends, is a certified Var Land victory.
This episode is full of humor, heart, and holy moments. If you’ve ever craved adventure with meaning, deep connection, or a trip that changes more than just your scenery—this one’s for you.
Listen in. Get inspired. And maybe start packing for the next one.

11. FriendTrip 2025 with the "Hey, Var! Podcast"
We’re gearing up for our first official Friend Trip Getaway!
We’ve dreamed about this for years—and now it’s finally happening. Four women, two duos, have said yes to the call (and somehow trusted us with their friendship, their time, and possibly their lives for 24 hours). In this episode, we unpack what these Spirit-led adventures mean to us, how they’ve become altars of becoming, and why we believe they’re worth everything. These aren’t just getaways—they’re where friendship is forged in fire, laughter sounds like worship, and the Holy Spirit meets us in the wild. We wouldn’t trade them for anything.

9. Do Not Come Down: A "TabTalks LIVE"
There’s a sound in the spirit—mockers, distractors, intimidators—trying to pull God’s people off the wall.
But Nehemiah’s response still rings true:
“I am doing a great work, and I cannot come down.” — Nehemiah 6:3
This is a call to every builder, intercessor, apostle, prophet, pastor, pioneer, and visionary:
🔥 Do. Not. Come. Down.
Tonight, we’re canceling the spirit of Sanballat and Tobiah—
The spirit of fear, opposition, mockery, and delay.
And we’re releasing focus, fire, courage, and apostolic grace to FINISH the work God gave you.
If you’ve been feeling the pressure to quit, sit down, or stay small—this word is for YOU.
It’s not the time to stop. It’s the time to STAND.

8. Break Alone: Rebuilding Your Heart for Kingdom Friendship with "Hey, Var! Podcast"
We’re breaking alone.
But shame and abandonment run deeper—convincing us connection isn’t safe, needing others is weakness, and hiding is survival.
We call it strength. God calls it stolen communion.
This episode uncovers the spirit of abandon—the lie that says you’re on your own—and how shame turns it into a lifestyle of silence and mistrust.
💥 In this episode:
– We name wounds that shaped your independence
– We break shame’s agreement that you must be okay alone
– We explore how God uses friendship to rebuild what trauma guarded
– And we remind you: you’re still worthy of being held
Healing isn’t just personal—it’s relational.
The rubble in your heart is real.
But so is the friend who won’t quit.
Who shows up.
Who stays to help you rebuild.
That’s covenant. That’s Kingdom friendship.
And that’s how you rebuild.

06. "Waging War with the Word: What to Do With Prophetic Promises” with TabTalks LIVE
Waging War with the Word: What to Do With Prophetic Promises” with TabTalks LIVE
What do you do after God speaks? When a prophetic word is released over your life, city, or community, it’s not just a beautiful moment to remember; it’s a call to action. In this episode, we break open 1 Timothy 1:18 and explore how to war with the word, not just wait for it.
We talk about the difference between holding a prophecy and partnering with it, and why some words feel delayed—not because they’re dead, but because they’re waiting for someone to believe, pray, build, and move.
Whether you’ve been sitting on words spoken years ago or feel a fresh promise burning in your spirit now, this conversation will help you:
Identify when a word is active
Discern timing and strategy
Build in alignment with heaven’s blueprint
Avoid passivity in the name of patience
This episode will stir your courage to pick up what God has spoken and run with it boldly.
