[…] Well, I gained a lot of weight with my babies. I think I topped off at like 215 and I'm only 55. Oh, okay. And I was on two different blood pressure medications and I just, I wasn't moving. I wasn't really doing much of anything before I started doing my crossing again. And when I started crossing, I was standing out on the side of the road and that's kind of boring. So I would turn on my music and then I'd be moving and then I noticed that cars would wave and slow down and I'm like, hey, win, win. And so I just kept doing it. I love it.
