In this special 100th episode of Relight Your Fire, I sit down with entrepreneur, philanthropist and healthcare leader Fahim Modak, Director of  Zentar Healthcare and Trustee of  Hounslow's Promise. Fahim's story is one of resilience, ambition and heart. After losing his father at just 14 years old, he navigated grief, struggled academically and faced being told he would never amount to much. Yet through determination, mentorship and an unwavering belief in trying his best, he went on to build an international healthcare business operating across the UK, Middle East, India, South Africa and the Philippines. We explore the pivotal moments that shaped his entrepreneurial journey, from winning a £2 million contract at just 20 years old to building a people-first healthcare organisation grounded in integrity, trust and human connection. Fahim shares powerful insights on leadership, face to face relationships in a digital world, scaling internationally, balancing family life with business, and why understanding your "why" is the foundation of meaningful success. We also dive into his deeply personal commitment to supporting young people through Hounslow's Promise, the importance of mentorship, and how community, culture and compassion have influenced every aspect of his life and business.
