<p>抑郁症一直都是大家聚焦的心理问题。</p><p>特别是在青少年中，这种情绪障碍的患病率逐年上升，其中全球约有14%的青少年正在受到抑郁症的困扰，我们也常在社交媒体上看到青少年因为抑郁症自我伤害的事件。在这些事件发生之后，往往会引起一段时间的关注，大家会讨论怎么和抑郁患者沟通，会讨论怎么才能帮助到这些患者，但我们更应该知道我们能做什么来帮助自己减少自己患病的可能。抑郁绝望焦虑这些负面情绪，是情绪上的痛苦，而不是软弱也从来不可怕。所有这些感觉都是人类正常情感的一部分，这些情绪的出现，本身是在发出信号，提醒你要关心自我，需要与他人接触并获得支持。</p><p>我想，生活是一场真挚的冒险，而冒险开始的第一步就是真诚的接纳自己作为一个真正意义上的“人”。</p>

<p>和朋友闲聊时总会聊到个人情感，偶尔分享一下最近的情感状况，进入到人生中的某一个阶段之后，总会觉得爱情似乎是离自己很远的事，觉得爱情这个事儿是一件不值得被相信的事，并且感觉相信爱情的都是傻子。但是又会在某一个瞬间觉得，不然我们再相信爱情一次。</p><p>不可否认，人在成长中总会经历失败，一次又一次的分别和离开，但或许我们终将会遇到一个人，就站在一个街道转角，若干年后，会牵着这个人的手告诉朋友们就是ta。讲真的，认真的谈恋爱的人超酷！</p>

<p>大部分人都会拥有一个无疾而终的初恋，但是回忆起来这段时光总感觉美好而遗憾，所以为什么上天会安排两个没有结果的人相爱呢？结局终究是会出现的，但是结局的出现并不能抹杀那些相爱过的证据和互相陪伴的时光，那种快乐和幸福。很多人因为害怕失去，害怕那个不想要的未来而退却，但是人生不是用来做满分试卷的，我们要勇敢的享受当下，和过去告别。</p>
