关于自律
<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"> 今天想跟大家聊一下自律，说到自律的话呢，在很多人的概念里面，这都是一个很好的词，是个褒义词，通常会跟坚韧不拔的性格联系在一起。说到自律的话呢，大家经常会想到一些和健康有关的词，比如说早睡早起，不吃垃圾食品，每周固定的时间运动等等。还有，就是在工作上的，比如说今日是今日毕，不完成KPI绝对不罢休之类的。</p><span><br></span><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"> 对于我来讲呢，自律其实不是这些。我理解的自律就是你能够抵制所有的诱惑，保持健康的生活。无论这个诱惑是来自美食娱乐，还是工作爱好。我说抵制来自美食和娱乐的诱惑，大家比较能理解，这也是通常我们所讲的自律涵盖的范畴。但是我为什么还会加上工作和爱好呢？仔细观察一下，大家就能够发现，其实在我们身边，很多上班族之所以熬夜，并不真的是因为他有什么特殊的爱好，或者是晚上去做了什么娱乐活动。而是经常因为工作。就拿我身边来讲，我有很多做有声的小伙伴儿，熬到早晨两三点钟简直是家常便饭。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"> 但是在我看来呢，其实这是不自律的一种表现，因为我觉得任何事情都没有健康重要。如果你要想保持健康，就必须抵制这些诱惑，包括你所从事的工作和你爱好的东西，他们都不应该凌驾于我们的健康之上。这才是自律。<br><br><br><br></p>
