<p>Ayは2026年6月5日で、6周年を迎えました。</p><p>21歳でブランドを立ち上げてからの6年間。<br>振り返ると、うまくいかなかったことや苦しかったことの方が多かった気がします。</p><p>それでも続けてきたこと。動き続けてきたこと。</p><p>人生には、前に出る「発散の時期」と、立ち止まって学ぶ「吸収の時期」がある。<br>どちらも必要で、どちらにも意味がある。そして、自分で道をつくる人生は、不安も責任もあるけれど、その分、面白くて豊かです。</p><p>今回は、Ayの6年間を振り返りながら、続けることの難しさと、その先に見えた景色についてお話ししました。</p><p>いつも応援してくださる皆さま、本当にありがとうございます。</p>

<p>今回は <strong>「劣等感を感じるとき、どうする？」</strong> というテーマで、キャリア、恋愛、結婚、人間関係の中で感じる<br>“比較”や“劣等感”について話しています。地方で活動していた時間が長く、若い女性経営者として見られることも多かった私ですが、東京や海外で本当にすごい人たちを見るたびに、自分の小ささに苦しくなる瞬間もありました。</p><p>それでも、劣等感は<br>「自分が本当は欲しいもの」を教えてくれる感情なのかもしれない。</p><p>比較しながらでも、自分のペースで進んでいきたい人へ。</p><p>In this episode, I talk about <strong>how I deal with feelings of inferiority.</strong></p><p>Whether it’s career, relationships, marriage, or lifestyle,<br>there are moments when we compare ourselves to others<br>and feel like we’re falling behind.</p><p>Because I spent many years working in a smaller local environment,<br>I was often seen as “young,” “different,” or “successful” simply for doing business as a woman.</p><p>But whenever I meet truly accomplished people in Tokyo or abroad,<br>I still feel small sometimes.</p><p>Over time, I’ve realized that inferiority may not always be negative.<br>Sometimes, it simply points to what we deeply desire.</p><p>If you’ve been comparing yourself lately,<br>I hope this episode reminds you<br>to keep moving forward at your own pace.</p><p><br></p>
