在某次與朋友的聊天中，從生活的瑣事聊到過往的經歷故事，酸甜苦辣都是回憶，現今周遭的朋友中，少數有能這樣如此談心的時刻與朋友，所以過程中自然也學到不少、也讓心境有所成長，而我自己也很喜歡這樣的過程，所以事後還會回想當下談論的點點滴滴，內化後成為自己未來更堅強的心靈，只能說，生活中有這樣的朋友可真的是非常難的，所以也要特別珍惜呢!你們說是不是阿~

EP17-我與藝術的距離...好像又更近一點了!
萬萬沒想到這次居然會講有關藝術的主題，原以為這八竿子與我打不著的事情居然會有這麼多的心境，這陣子好像密集的觀賞藝術展覽相關的東西，也讓我更能體會到從中的樂趣，而不是單單只是走過看過而已，但還是要感謝有人講解跟介紹，才能有感同身受地去看每個作品，後續也決定要來嘗試關於畫畫這件事情，對我來說是新的啟發跟信心，慢慢的達成人生的另一個成就也是很棒的!如果你本身對畫畫或者藝術相關有任何想法，歡迎底下留言讓我知道哦~讓我們來個藝術交流吧~哈

EP16-我有乖乖聽醫生的話哦!
這個星期我一個不小心也確診了，幾乎廢一個星期去了，有朋友問我說這周都在忙什麼啊?我說我忙著讓身體快點好起來…因為很久沒有臥病在床了，真的好痛苦哦…. 生病不只是生理上的不舒服，也有心情上的不美麗，原本吃早餐是我最愉快的時光，但也因為生病後沒食慾又加上沒心情吃，導致我吃早餐變得很例行的進食動作，毫無感情。再來就是生病總希望能快點好，所以飲食的部分盡量挑選好消化的食物，但..偏偏這種食物就是我最討厭吃的..稀飯!!!小時候要我吃稀飯真的是像要了我的命一樣，現在為了快點健康為了活命我還是要吃稀飯，真是苦上加苦阿…最後想問問大家，大家討厭吃稀飯嗎?還是超級愛呢…歡迎在底下留言喔~
