ResDance Series 11: Episode 7: The Space Between: Reflections on Creativity and Movement with Elle Dillon- Reams In this episode, Elle talks about finding freedom in the spaces between dance, acting, writing and movement. She shares insight int her unconventional journey into contemporary dance and how her practice has evolved into a way ofexploring the body, storytelling and ideas that can be difficult to put into words. We discuss creative process, the pressures and expectations placed on the body, and Elle’s interest in making work around taboo subjects and the questions we often avoid. From “showing, not telling” to embracing uncertainty, this is a conversation about the power of art to connect, challenge and make us see things differently.
