Ep. 15 | Mild to wild
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 15 | Mild to wild Brand splits in two. Production work gets defined once and repeated by agents. Ep. 14 | Eyes light up
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 14 | Eyes light up Timothy Ricks is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Webflow, and agents now build things for his family, his clients, and himself. Skills get ignored, so hooks do the enforcing. Speed doesn't excuse structure either. Refactoring spaghetti later costs more than building it right the first time, so quality gates before anything ships matter. Design keeps moving into code, and browser tools like Squints and Design Mode bring Figma-style control to the page, as long as values snap to the design system. Handing non-technical teammates a prompt instead of a CMS tutorial changes how they feel about the web. Human collaboration still matters when agents do the work. Ep. 13 | Packaging Matters
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 13 | Packaging Matters A local Obsidian vault can become a Three.js town where folders are agents, Claude Code runs underneath, and a governor delivers the daily brief. Calendars, Slack, email, and call transcripts feed in, and a relative priority framework decides what surfaces. Paperclip takes the same idea in a more corporate direction: an org chart of agents under a CEO agent. Gather could own the playful, multiplayer version. Models can build the product, the site, and even the launch video in code, so packaging decides who gets noticed. pen.dev's rebrand, a Framer launch site next to a bare GitHub repo, Canva, and Gamma all point the same way. Brand reflects culture, and a handwritten note signals a human behind the work. Plus America.gov, an AI front door to government sites, and the stale data behind it. Ep. 12 | Ask or browse
Liam McCabe, co-founder of Code & Wander, replaced the corner chatbot with an Ask button that turns a visitor's question into a custom page. A React app in an iframe streams JSON from Claude one component at a time, using a design system schema and a knowledge base that's one big JSON file. Rate limits, a spend cap, and server-side caching keep costs down (an uncached query runs about 50 cents). The questions visitors type reveal content gaps and service demand that clicks never showed. A visitor declaring what they want beats guessing from tracking pixels, and browser-level personalization could make that opt-in. The brand corpus outlasts any framework or output format, and a website stays real estate you own. Ep. 11 | Source of it all
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 11 | Source of it all Webflow Conf brought two keynotes worth of announcements, and the builder's keynote alone is packed. Visual editing lands for AI code components, rich text accepts components directly, breakpoint canvas shows every viewport side by side, and popovers arrive as the first of several new native HTML elements headed to the platform. Default components fill previously empty slots, agentic translation keeps locales continuously in sync, and style props bring granular visual controls to component properties. MCP 2.1 adds interactions with GSAP, better CMS querying, and Webflow Cloud support, while releases bring true site branching so independent work streams stop colliding. Then there's Source, the new platform sitting alongside Webflow Classic. Source works directly with a local codebase (Astro, Next.js, whatever the stack), bringing releases, assets, campaigns, and custom views into one shared, agentic workspace built for developers, designers, and marketers alike. It is now in a research preview. Ep. 10 | No Regrets
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 10 | No Regrets Websites are starting to talk back. Locomotive's Lisa greets you with a floating humanoid head, and Code&Wander answers open questions with content generated on the fly. It's a different model of the web, one where the page reads more like a search result than a fixed layout, and it raises real questions about consistency, brand, and what happens when two visitors see two different sites. Derek Castelli, an independent app developer and designer, breaks down how he ships real products (Harvest, a Bible notes app, Testament Made, a design feedback tool built on Laravel Cloud, and Dinky and Binky, a pair of macOS utilities) using specialized agents instead of a shelf of skills. Each agent gets a narrow job and a coordinator to route between them, which keeps regressions from compounding as an app grows. Intentionality is the theme underneath all of it. AI can execute five ideas thrown at it at once, but knowing which five belong together is still the design work. Ep. 09 | Brand Corpus
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 09 | Brand Corpus CMS is not dying, it is turning into a brand corpus: one place where all of your content lives so it can be pulled into a website, an ad, an email, or a social post without ever being retyped. Things like asset management, permissions, localization, previews, and scheduling do not disappear when you stop calling something a CMS, you just build a different tool to do it. Content, design tokens, and CSS variables are all the same thing underneath, data that gets called somewhere specific. The corpus metaphor holds up like a power tool battery: write it once, plug it into whatever needs it next. That reframes content-first design, write the outline before the layout, since agents can now generate the design straight from the content structure instead of the two being tightly coupled. It is the same instinct behind a control plane for a corpus: locking some components, leaving others open to test, and deciding who, or what agent, gets to draw from it and publish. Ep. 08 | Move with pace
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 08 | Move With Pace Max Lind stops by, these days he runs solo GTM, sales, and community for Eventrise, an event ticketing platform built by the agency Heyo to fix the fees, contracts, and slow payouts that come with the usual players. Max's boss has a rule for how the small team ships: move with pace, not fast and loose. Cursor agents inside Linear handle hot fixes and small copy changes, but humans still stay in the loop on anything customer facing, because doing it right the first time beats fixing it later. That same philosophy shows up in how Max manages his own workflow. He stopped trying to keep a perfectly filed Notion wiki and started building an Eventrise Claude repo instead, with an orchestrator sitting above a set of plugins. Corey and Matthew compare notes on their own skill building habits, and the three dig into personas as codifiable design taste, the coming dynamic web where sites reassemble themselves per visitor, and why local, on-device models might matter more than picking the right frontier LLM. Before any of that, the crew runs through a batch of favorite site finds: a World Cup data visualization that turns ball tracking into a live area control map, an agency site with a full library of walkthrough videos, and a pixel grid that morphs into different shapes depending what it is hovering over. Ep. 07 | Abstract-less
Handing design off to an agent optimizes for time, but the creative work lives in the fiddling: turning knobs, dragging things, letting ideas emerge as you play. Skip that and you lose emergent design. Underneath it is a bigger shift. Design is becoming the curation of a rule sets. CSS already is one, and the future designer curates the guidelines that decide how UI gets output, from accessibility safeguards to how typography and spacing get expressed. That affects frameworks too. BEM and Tailwind came out of a human-written-code era, and working closer to raw HTML, CSS, and JavaScript suits agents better anyway. The other half is building the tools you need instead of accepting someone else's as tools keep getting malleable, blending canvas, code, and export. When code generation is this cheap, does the output still feels like yours?

Ep. 06 | Made by hand
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 06 | Made by hand Opus can one-shot shader language now, and that changes what a small team can build. Ilya Kroogman, founder of The Digital Panda, walks through what comes out of that unlock: gobo light maps, glass refraction on a product hero, fur and grass built from splines instead of meshes, a paint-on-an-object deformer for giving a panda a haircut. The catch is knowing when to ship it. A shader only earns its place when it serves the end user and the business goal, which is why financial clients get clean logins and animated illustrations get saved for the brands that actually want them. The bigger idea is imperfection as a trust signal. Randomization, hand-drawn strokes, and the rough edges people read as real are exactly what a model defaults away from. As WebGPU and HTML in Canvas mature, the browser keeps moving toward a low-level operating system, the shareable link keeps replacing the static file, and the work that holds its value is the work a human chose to make by hand. Ep. 05 | Not My Type
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 05 | Not My Type Typography is the foundation of web design, and it deserves more than a last-minute font pick. Nathan Huening joins to cover the fundamentals: letter anatomy, typefaces vs. fonts, type foundries, variable fonts, and why starting with type means starting with the message. There's also a typography quiz, a roundup of font tools and resources worth bookmarking, and a look at what great magazine typography still has to teach the web. Before the type talk: the barefoot developer movement and what it means to build software for a small audience, or just yourself. The tools available right now change the question from "can I build it?" to "what will I build?" and that's worth thinking through. Ep. 03 | Let It Sit
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 03 | Let It Sit Matt Evans built OG Sorted, a Webflow app for bulk-assigning Open Graph images across an entire site, during a quiet morning before his kids woke up. What Claude Code couldn't do was replace the settling time: that pause where edge cases surface and decisions mature. The speed of building with AI quietly removes the friction that used to do useful work. Matt shipped with a bug live, watched the likes roll in, and had to pull it back. The lesson wasn't to slow down, it was to build the pause back in intentionally. Ep. 02 | Slot Together
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 02 | Slot Together Alessia Sannazzaro built BLOCKS out of a real constraint: a client with hundreds of pages who wanted maximum layout variety without a technical team. Open components, closed components, slots, variants, the class-name cheat sheet that almost worked. The whole evolution is here, from the pre-variants version of BLOCKS to where it stands now. Marketing teams are asking for design systems in a way they weren't five years ago, and the real question is whether the system you build is one they'll actually use. Handoff, retainers, empowering clients to do more themselves, and why trust is the actual foundation of a long-term client relationship. Also: a wish list of Webflow component features, including variant-conditional props and default components in slots. Ep. 01 | Good Friction
Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 01 | Good Friction Friction gets a bad rap. But sticky friction, the kind that makes you stop, think, and feel the weight of what you built, is what keeps critical thinking alive when everything else pushes you to automate it away. It shows up as checkpoints, guardrails, and forcing functions that keep the thinking in the process. Figma beat Sketch by removing the right friction (file sharing, collaboration) and keeping the creative resistance intact. Git works the same way. Using AI for writing still works best when the hard thinking happens upfront and the tool handles execution, not ideas.
