Between Two Lands: A Guided Meditation for Early Motherhood

Today, I’m inviting you to slow down and join me for a deeply soothing guided meditation, created especially for mothers navigating the tender, transformative season of early motherhood. I've recently become a mother myself, and this episode was a very special one to record, I admit. In this meditation, we’ll explore the concept of being “between two lands” – a sacred space where your old self and new identity as a mother coexist, separated by calm, misty waters. Together, we’ll journey across this space, honoring the slow unfolding of healing, growth, and self-discovery. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, or simply yearning for a moment of stillness, this episode will help you reconnect with your breath, your intuition, and your baby. This is your time to pause, reflect, and allow yourself to be. What you can expect: ✨ A gentle meditation to honor the postpartum journey ✨ Dreamy imagery and metaphors to inspire calm and clarity ✨ A focus on slowness, healing, and embracing your new identity ✨ Space to reflect on what you need most in this moment Whether you’re holding your little one in your arms or savoring a few precious moments of quiet, this meditation is here to hold space for you.
