第36回「【確信犯】は悪くない?」という雑学 A trivia about "Isn't "convinced criminal" bad?"
<p>「確信犯」という言葉は、約70%の人が誤った使い方をしているようですので、今回のテーマに選んでみました。</p> <p>例えば、間違った例として</p> <p>彼女が遅刻をしたのは、きっと許されると思っての、いわば確信犯だ。</p> <p>または、</p> <p>冷蔵庫のプリンに大きく名前を書いておいたのに、それを食べた彼は確信犯だ。</p> <p>いかがですか、これらの「確信犯」という言葉は、「悪いことだとわかっていて、行動をしている」という意味で使われていますね。</p> <p>これらは、本来、誤った使い方です。</p> <p>It seems that about 70% of people misuse the word "convinced criminal", so I chose it for this theme.<br> For example, as a wrong example<br> She was late because she was a convinced criminal who thought she would be forgiven.<br> Or<br> He wrote a big name on the pudding in the refrigerator, but he was a convinced criminal who ate it.<br> How is it? These words "convinced criminals" are used to mean "I know it's bad and I'm acting."<br> These are essentially misuses.</p>

第34回「【うがい】の意外な話」という雑学 A trivia about "Unexpected story of [UGAI]"
<p>風邪やウイルスによる感染症を防ぐために有効なことは、マスクをしたり、よく手洗い・うがい をすることと言われていますね。</p> <p>私も外出先から家に帰ってきたときには、手洗いとうがいは欠かせません。</p> <p>今回はその、当たり前のように使っている「うがい」という言葉についての雑学です。</p> <p>It is said that what is effective in preventing infections caused by colds and viruses is to wear a mask and wash your hands and gargle often.<br> When I come home from outside, hand washing and gargling are indispensable.<br> This time, it's a trivia about the word "UGAI" that is used as a matter of course.</p>
