About Rich Work: Attract Premium Clients And Build Wealth Through Premium Positioning
Welcome to Rich Work, the podcast for established women entrepreneurs who know they should be charging more, but haven't cracked the code on premium positioning yet.
I'm Rachel Pearson, a Global Brand & Business Strategist who spent 15 years building luxury brands like De Beers and launching an airline during a pandemic. Now I help women scale to consistent 5 and multi-6 figure months without the constant proving or over-delivering.
Every week, I break down how luxury brands create desire (think: Chanel, Hermès) and how to apply those principles to your business. You'll get premium positioning strategy, high-ticket business moves, and the identity shifts that actually let you hold the wealth you're building.
This is for women ready to attract clients who pay in full, build the life (the retreats, the calm mornings, the legacy work), and stop following someone else's playbook.
If you're done playing small, you're in the right place.

34. How to Build Online Visibility Without Performing for Other People | SSTS Series
How much of what you really want to say gets edited out because you’re worried about what people will think of you online?
Today I’m joined by subconscious rewiring expert Maryann Moloku to talk about online visibility, the pressure to come across a certain way, and limiting beliefs around visibility. Because when every post becomes a question of whether you sound right or look successful enough, showing up online can start to feel like a performance.
Join us as we explore what business visibility asks of you, letting go of how others perceive you, and trusting your intuition before the evidence arrives.
Maryann will also be joining my Bold Visibility Panel at She Sets the Standard, where we’ll continue this conversation about allowing yourself to be seen for who you truly are. So if you’ve been holding back the things you actually want to say, this conversation is for you.
Topics covered on Online Visibility:
How much of yourself do you hold back to control what people think?
Do you need to post constantly to increase visibility?
How can building relationships in business help you find clients who value the way you work?
How to trust your intuition when the results haven’t shown up yet?

33. Build Brand Visibility by Being More You (Even When You're Scared of Being Judged) | SSTS Series
Brand strategist Jennifer Hilton joins our Bold Visibility panel at She Sets The Standard, so I asked her to be a guest on today's episode and talk about brand visibility and why showing up can feel so exposing for women in business.
Jennifer knows the fear of visibility well. She talks about the fear of being judged that so many of us carry from school, and the self-limiting beliefs that stop a lot of the women she works with before they've posted a thing.
We get into the visibility blocks that keep women hiding, the one belief about business visibility she wants you to let go of, and what changed for her once she stopped waiting to feel ready.
Topics covered on Brand Visibility:
Where do your visibility blocks come from?
What if confidence only turns up after you've done the scary thing?
Does your brand have to be polished and perfect before anyone sees it?
What happens when you ignore "niche down" and bring your whole self into your brand?

32. How To Hit $100K Months With Only 200 Subscribers (Substack for Business) | SSTS Series
So many of the women I speak to came into business to make an impact and make money, and somewhere along the way they ended up chasing the right viral sound and the perfect clip just to be heard. My guest, Dr. Taylor Francois, walked away from that kind of performative marketing and rebuilt her agency around Substack for business, and the numbers she shared are incredible.
Her clients are turning 32 out of every 100 subscribers into customers, and half of those become high ticket clients spending $10,000 or more. Some of her students have hit $100,000 a month with fewer than 200 subscribers, and most of her own buyers say yes within 7 days of first reading her newsletter.
If you want premium clients who make decisions quickly, you'll want to hear what Taylor thinks most people get wrong about Substack.
Topics covered on Substack for Business:
How can you step away from performative marketing?
How can Substack help you bring in high ticket clients within a few days?
How to find your niche on Substack when you're starting from zero?
What does it look like to grow a high ticket business without giving up time with your family?
