Hey there, and welcome to Riff Revolution. The Podcast where the soul of Rock N Roll meets the steel of the open road.
I am your host Clint Barrett: Husband, Father, rider, rocker, and proud member of the Punishers LEMC.
Each week I will be bringing you a new album from as far back as the 1940’s up to and around 2005.
This isn’t just another show, it’s a movement. A place where music means something. It’s more than just background noise.
Whether you are a hardcore music junkie, a road warrior, or just someone looking for something real YOU’RE HOME.
On this week's episode we take on one of the biggest bands in all of rock n roll. That band is Queen and the album is A Night At the Opera. Released in December of 1975. Following my featured album we will move into my favorite part of the show: Staff Picks. So, please take a seat in the Way Back Machine as I proudly present to you Queen.

Episode-67-Queen-A Night At the Opra-1975
In Episode #67, we finally dive into one of the most legendary bands in rock history, Queen, as we break down their fourth studio album A Night at the Opera, released in 1975. This is the album that gave the world the epic Bohemian Rhapsody, but there’s a whole lot more going on under the hood that makes this record one of the greatest albums ever made. After the deep dive, we’ll roll into my favorite part of the show—Staff Picks—where we highlight a few more gems worth your time. And since we already covered the year that was back on Episode #32, we’re skipping that this time around. So sit back, fire up the way-back machine, and let’s take a trip to 1975.
Welcome to a very special edition of Riff Revolution. We've officially reached Episode #50—our Golden Episode—and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than by featuring what I believe is the greatest album ever recorded: The Beatles' Abbey Road, released in September of 1969. After we take a deep dive into this legendary farewell from the Fab Four, we'll roll into my favorite part of the show, Staff Picks. Since I already covered The Year That Was 1969 back in Episode #21, we'll head straight into the closing and call to action. So, do what I always ask you to do—sit back in the way back machine and let me take you on a journey back to 1969 for a little rock and roll history. Here we go...
