Er vi på vej mod en ny boligboble, eller er fundamentet stærkere end før finanskrisen? Og hvad mener Nationalbanken egentlig, når de taler om "sunde kreditprincipper"?</p><p>Vi dykker ned i udviklingen på det danske boligmarked, forskellene mellem i dag og perioden op til finanskrisen, og ser på, hvordan København adskiller sig fra både resten af Danmark og andre internationale storbyer.</p><p>Derudover taler vi om Henriks forskning og det nye forskningspapir "Wealth Drawdowns or Borrowing? How Parents Fund Financial Support for Their Children's Home Purchases". Her undersøger vi, hvordan danske forældre finansierer hjælpen til deres børns boligkøb – og hvad forskningen fortæller om den voksende betydning af "Bank of Mom and Dad".
