About Rigged by Design
A weekly video series exposing how elections are engineered, protected, and rushed into legitimacy when money is on the line. Data, patterns, and receipts — not narratives without evidence. This isn’t red vs blue. It’s money vs everyone else. zorhasbsfreezone.substack.com (https://zorhasbsfreezone.substack.com/s/rigged-by-design?utm_medium=podcast)

RIGGED BY DESIGN - Episode 31: The Same Pipes Everywhere
About this show: Rigged by Design connects the dots across many sectors including behavior, biology, environment, policy, and election integrity. Our conversations move between the micro and macro to the layer above macro to the exosystem. Threads that may seem disconnected are part of the same system. You don’t have to see a system for it to affect you, the individual. This isn’t red vs blue. It’s money versus everyone. RIGGED BY DESIGN Episode 31 – Show Notes Aired: August 6, 2026 Last week, the Michigan Senate primary results were discussed with Abdul winning the Democratic primary, but the margin was nowhere close to what the polling promised us. That gap between projection and outcome is exactly why I don’t put much stock in polling to begin with. Polls get shaped by who answers, who doesn’t, and who lies about their intentions. I’ve watched that happen here in San Francisco. Also, Jason stated he has not been truthful in polls when questioned. Voting polls are subjective that gets weaponized either way. During this episode, Jason and I kept circling back to the same structural question: why does a single vendor control so much of our critical infrastructure? That question is the thread that ties this whole episode together. The water systems in seven states were HACKED because a shared vendor left the door wide open was one example provided during the episode. Then we spoke about GPS jamming tests out of White Sands that reportedly contributed to a medevac crash. From there we moved on to election vendors. Then to school privatization going back to the nineties here in Michigan. On the surface those are four separate stories. Underneath, they’re the same story. When one company owns the pipes, whether that’s literal water pipes, ballot tabulation, or busing contracts, you don’t just get inefficiency, you get a single point of failure that any bad actor, foreign or domestic, can exploit. That’s the micro and macro collapsing into each other. A family’s water pressure and a state’s election infrastructure are sitting on the same vulnerable backbone. We also got into the Fauci hearing and the fifth amendment comparison, the DOGE “savings” that turned out to be money that was never spent in the first place, and the tariff rebate math. Jason’s point about the “first they took the land, then the water, then the medicine” arc landed hard. This is what happens when monopolies are allowed to keep growing. They take the necessity, buy up the vendor, then charge people to access what used to be a public good. This is Rigged by Design or as Jason has expressed “everything is fucked.” One Request Before You Go Substack doesn’t currently preserve the live chat when viewers watch the replay. That means many of the questions, challenges, and observations shared during the livestream disappear once the broadcast ends. RIGGED BY DESIGN: Epi. 26, Part 2 - Flooding the Zone
RIGGED BY DESIGN Episode 26, Part 2 of 2 — Show Notes Aired: June 25, 2026 I saved this part for now — the beginning of Disability Pride Month. Part 2 begins with the departure of Nieta Greene (https://substack.com/profile/117743522-nieta-greene), CEO and Founder of Disability Community for Democracy (https://open.substack.com/users/337673829-disability-community?utm_source=mentions), in order for Jason (https://substack.com/profile/14756640-jason) to join the episode. The conversation shifted to the lived experience of disability. Jason opened with his personal story a workplace injury in 2008 that led to multiple surgeries, chronic pain, and years of fighting the Social Security Administration for benefits he was entitled to. He described the indignity of being told he could still perform his old job despite doctors confirming he was permanently and totally disabled. His doctor finally wrote to the SSA: “What part of permanently totally disabled do you not understand?” Jason also shared the story of his sister, who was born with cerebral palsy. When her mother and grandparents passed away, Jason and his wife took her in. He spoke about the judgment they faced, the accusations that they only wanted control over her money, and the heartbreaking reality that people will throw family members away when it becomes inconvenient. The conversation explored the concept of invisibility: how disability doesn’t have a look, how people are quick to judge, and how the stigma around disability is rooted in ableism, which is itself rooted in racism and eugenics. Nick, Jason, and I discussed the systemic dehumanization of disabled people, the myth of the “welfare queen,” and the reality that disabled people are treated as disposable. Nick emphasized that being human is not about how productive you are. You have inherent value just because you exist. The group discussed the importance of coalition building and bridging gaps between communities, because everyone is at risk when the most marginalized are targeted. As the episode drew to a close, the focus shifted to action. I stressed the importance of making three phone calls a day — ten minutes, three calls, using the scripts (https://open.substack.com/pub/sickofthis/p/a-call-to-action-say-no-to-crip-crow?r=34v1yl&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=post%20viewer) provided by Disability Community for Democracy (https://open.substack.com/users/337673829-disability-community?utm_source=mentions) and Sick of This S**t Publications (https://substack.com/profile/426627083-sick-of-this-s**t-publications). The scripts are generic, but they’re a starting point — personalization makes your message harder to dismiss. Even more suggestions can be found on Broadbanner: (https://app.broadbanner.com/crip-crow)Say No to (https://app.broadbanner.com/crip-crow)Crip Crow. (https://app.broadbanner.com/crip-crow) The Capitol Switchboard number is (202) 224-3121. FaxZero is also available for faxing representatives. The central concern remained the same: How can citizens push back when multiple crises are being used to overwhelm and exhaust the public? What connected the entire discussion was the idea that the housing bill, the Olmstead memo, and the SAVE Act are not separate issues. They are part of the same strategy. Flood the zone with chaos. Hold housing hostage. Attack disability rights. Count on nobody being able to keep up. But the power of the people is greater than the people in power, and three phone calls a day can make a difference. One request before you go Substack doesn’t currently preserve the live chat when viewers watch the replay. That means many of the questions, challenges, and observations shared during the livestream disappear once the broadcast ends.
