The Time Is Fulfilled: Why Jesus Arrived Exactly When He Did

In this pivotal episode, Kevin connects centuries of biblical prophecy to the precise moment Jesus Christ steps onto the scene. The silence is broken. The 483-year countdown is over. And now, the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. We pick up where we left off in Episode 7: Israel has failed in its purpose, but hope isn’t lost. With the arrival of John the Baptist and Jesus, God begins speaking again — and the fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecy begins right on time. In this episode, Kevin covers: 📖 Matthew 3 & Mark 1 — What it means when Jesus says “The time is fulfilled” 🔥 The prophetic significance of John the Baptist’s voice crying in the wilderness 🧼 Why Israel’s water baptism wasn’t symbolic — it was priestly preparation 🕊️ The healings, miracles, and signs of Jesus as direct fulfillments of Isaiah 35 🧠 Why devils and demonic possession were concentrated in Israel at that moment in history 🐑 The deeper meaning behind “Behold the Lamb of God” — connecting Jesus to Exodus 40 and Psalm 118 💔 How Israel should have responded — and what they missed by rejecting their Messiah 🧩 Two powerful truths about the purpose of existence, history, and grace Kevin lays out how Jesus’ miracles weren’t random acts of compassion — they were signs with cosmic, kingdom-level implications. You'll hear how the people should have welcomed the Lamb of God… but instead, a rebellious nation missed their moment. 📌 Next Up: We’re almost at the season finale. In the next episode, we’ll explore how God introduces a surprise twist that Satan never saw coming — a mystery that redefines the course of history. Creation & Conflict: Genesis, the Fall of Lucifer, and God's Eternal Plan

What actually happened before Genesis 1:1? In this episode of Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth, I’m digging into the chaos we see in Genesis 1:2—where the earth is without form, void, and covered in darkness—and asking a big question: was that how God created it, or is there more going on? We take a journey through Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 to look at the fall of Lucifer, the angelic rebellion, and how Satan’s plan to be “like the Most High” set off a cosmic chain of events. You’ll hear how a third of the angels followed him, how that rebellion shook the universe, and why the earth ended up in such a disordered state. I’ll also introduce how God began reclaiming His authority—starting with Abraham and the nation of Israel. We’ll explore why Israel’s role is central to understanding the rest of the Bible and why Satan has such a vested interest in opposing them. If you’ve ever felt like the Bible was hard to piece together, this episode will help connect the dots and give you a framework for what’s really going on behind the scenes. Mentioned in This Episode: Genesis 1–3, 6, 11–13 Ezekiel 28 Isaiah 14 Matthew 25 Exodus 19 2 Corinthians 4 👉 Subscribe so you don’t miss the next episode, where we’ll keep digging into God’s purpose for Israel as a kingdom of priests. 📲 Connect with the show via the links in the description to send in your questions or join the conversation. ⭐️ Leave a review if this episode helped you—it really makes a difference.
