Der Aufstand gegen die Islamische Republik und seine internationale Dimension
<p>In mehr als 40 Jahren, in denen im Iran Frauen mit Glasscherben und Säure terrorisiert und inhaftierte Frauen gezwungen wurden, sich selbst als „Huren“ zu denunzieren, warteten die politisch-staatlichen Repräsentanten von Hans-Dietrich Genscher bis Frank-Walter Steinmeier unbeirrt mit einem „kritischen Dialog“ nach dem anderen auf. Bereits in den vergangenen Jahren, als das Auswärtige Amt dem Regime noch zutrug, „Stabilisierungsfaktor in der Region“ (S. Gabriel) zu werden, der „Erhalt der Zahlungskanäle“ für das europäisch-iranische Business zur europäischen „Priorität“ (H. Maas) und der Widerstand gegen US-amerikanische Iran-Sanktionen als ein „Akt europäischer Souveränität“ erklärt wurden, wurde der Iran wieder und wieder von heftigen Aufständen erschüttert. Unzählige Einrichtungen der Mullahs wurden niedergebrannt, ganz genauso wie die überdimensionale Straßendekoration aus frommen Versen, Märtyrerverehrung, antiisraelischen Vernichtungsdrohungen und den Fratzen von Ali Khamenei, Ruhollah Khomeini und Qasem Soleimani. Sobald es dem Regime gelungen war, die Aufstände niederzuschlagen und den „Sieg“ über die „Verschwörung der Feinde“ ausgerufen hatte, mahnte auch das Auswärtige Amt, ohne den Schlächtern nahezutreten: „Das Recht auf friedlichen Protest muss gewahrt sein.“ Inzwischen wird auf deutschen Parteitagen der moralische Größenwahn herauskitzelt, „keine Frau im Iran, keine Frau in der Ukraine, keine Frau in Afghanistan oder in Saudi-Arabien darf daran zweifeln, dass wir an ihrer Seite stehen“ (Omid Nouripour), während die Frauen in Afghanistan, die von den Taliban aus den Universitäten geprügelt werden, genauso allein sind wie in diesen Tagen Irans Schulmädchen, die mit einer Talibanisierung der Konterrevolution konfrontiert sind. Der Vortrag wird sich der Verfasstheit des „Islamischen Staates“ (so der Titel einer Vorlesungssammlung des Staatsgründers Ruhollah Khomeini) im Iran widmen und den Aussichten auf seinen Fall. Das Regime sprach in jüngerer Vergangenheit offen aus, dass ihre im Irak und anderswo etablierten Milizen die Verteidigung der „Islamischen Revolution“ übernehmen, sobald die „inneren Kräfte“ darin zu scheitern drohen.
