<p>En Chile hay a lo menos 47050 personas viviendo en 802 campamentos.</p> <p>A través de la nueva constitución el Estado debiera garantizar el derecho de los ciudadanos a una vida digna. Materializada (entre otras cosas) a través del acceso a una vivienda de calidad. Inclusive, la solución habitacional debiera contemplar bienes públicos; tales como los espacios de uso públicos: las plazas, los parques, los sitios memoriales y patrimoniales.</p>
