Is life random, or is there a system running beneath the surface? If it were random, why would we all run into the same negative patterns throughout our lives?
On the Rise 2 Realize Podcast, spiritual guide and author Arda Ozdemir, drawing on 15 years of mentoring more than 8,000 clients, invites you to explore these questions together.
Most of us live at lower levels of consciousness, driven by fear. The purpose of life may be to get to know those subconscious fears and transcend them to rise in consciousness, breaking free from our conditioned personas and realizing our true nature.
Life is a path, and every experience is a chance to rise. We all carry unprocessed feelings from the past. That burden is what holds us back and keeps our lives stuck in the same negative patterns.
The Rise 2 Realize Life System offers step-by-step, practical guidance on how to work through these unprocessed feelings and decode your subconscious programming, so that you can discover your Real Self, create a more joyful and fulfilling life, and move toward self-realization and enlightenment.
New episodes every Wednesday. Season 2 follows Arda's new book, The Meaning of Life: The Path toward Enlightenment.

Have you ever been stuck on a level of a video game, about to quit? You call a friend who has already played that level and made it through. But who do we call when we're stuck in the game of life? To learn its rules, we need a player who faced the game over, crossed beyond the veil, and came back to tell us what happened.
In Episode 3 of Season 2, Arda Ozdemir follows the clues: Dr. Ian Stevenson's decades of research at the University of Virginia, Carl Jung's own near-death experience in 1944, and Dr. Peter Fenwick, a skeptical London neuropsychiatrist whose patient walked in with a story he couldn't dismiss. If consciousness continues to exist independently of the brain, what is it doing in our bodies while we're alive? And what if, in our next lifetime, we end up being the other one?

S2E2: Is Life a Video Game?
Have you ever watched someone play a video game? One mistake, and the screen goes dark. Game over. Then the screen lights up and asks a simple question: Do you want to play again?
If you were the creator of life, which game would you design: one shot, one chance, or plenty of chances to learn from your mistakes and rise to higher levels?
In Episode 2 of Season 2, Arda Ozdemir picks up where the beggar and the Porsche driver left off. Two babies are born on the same day, one in Frankfurt, Germany, and the other in Kano, Nigeria. If life is a one-time game, that disparity stays with them for the rest of their lives. But if the game gives us more than one chance, inequality becomes perspective: a chance to experience life from every angle and learn the lessons our soul came here to learn.
Inspired from his latest book, The Meaning of Life: The Path toward Enlightenment.

S2E1: The Beggar and the Porsche Driver
It was the summer of 1981, a warm afternoon in Bebek, Istanbul. A 14-year-old watched a beggar collecting soda cans from the garbage bins, just as a brand-new Porsche pulled up right behind his cart. Two lives from opposite parts of the city, only a few feet apart.
That scene raised a question that stayed with me for decades: Is life random, or is there a system running beneath the surface?
In this first episode of Season 2, we explore that question together. I share how it followed me through a successful corporate career, to a breaking point at 39, and into a journey of self-discovery. I also share what more than 8,000 clients have shown me about what the beggar and the Porsche driver have in common.
Your emotional pain isn't punishment. It may carry a message.
