The July 2026 snapshot is the Fed held rates just like most people suspected that they would do. I mean, I'm seeing an equilibrium in the economy right now. We have inflation holding steady. We have inflation. unemployment actually going down. And just a quick reminder, the Fed's mandate is to curb inflation and to make sure unemployment doesn't go nuts. So they're always toggling between, hey, if I cut interest rates too much, then employers are going to stop hiring and then unemployment's going to go up. […]
