Road Dogs is a comedy and travel podcast hosted by Sam and Jim, a married couple who love stand-up and hitting the road. Each episode, we interview comedians about their hometowns, first laughs, and the moments that made them keep going. We also explore the best places to see live comedy—from legendary clubs to hidden gems—so you know where to go for your next great night out. Whether you're a comedy fan, a road trip junkie, or just love a good laugh, join us for stories, stand-up insights, and the best spots to catch a show.
Sam and Jim are talking Cop Comedy movies, and they’ve got a lot of strong evidence on the subject. The police comedy genre has some of the all-time Most Wanted funny movies, and the Road Dogs are here to talk about their Top 4 Cop Comedy picks. They interrogate each other on The Nice Guys, play a little good-cop bad-cop about The Other Guys, really turn up the heat on 21 Jump Street, and switch off the body cams to close the show about Central Intelligence! Sam and Jim end a good shift with a spin through the Krispy Kreme drive-thru and a couple of Honorable Mentions that are worth a watch.
Quit resisting and boot up one of these Cop Comedy movies the next time you need a good laugh.
