Special Guest: Lukas Leuenberger – Founder of Kaskii Premium Brownies, Dubai
What happens when a Swiss family brownie recipe, world travel, and a passion for chocolate collide? You get Kaskii Premium Brownies—a luxury brownie brand launched in the heart of Dubai.
In this episode, Rob sits down with Lukas Leuenberger, the founder of Kaskii.com, to talk about:
How a recipe passed down from his American grandmother inspired a business decades later.
Why Lukas chose Dubai as the launchpad for his Swiss chocolate brownies.
The challenges of starting an online-only premium food business in a global hub.
A live taste test of the double espresso brownie (spoiler: it’s heavy, rich, and unforgettable).
The future of Kaskii: from online sales to a branded café experience in Dubai.
This conversation is equal parts entrepreneurial insight and chocolate-fueled storytelling. Whether you’re a foodie, an aspiring entrepreneur, or just someone who loves a good brownie, you’ll walk away hungry and inspired.
