Anfang März konnte ich auf der Equitana (größte Pferdemesse Europas) Thomas Günther von proride Horsemanship mit seinen Pferden beobachten und ihn noch auf der Messe für diese Podcast-Folge gewinnen, die nicht nur für Pferdebesitzer interessant ist! In unserem Gespräch erzählt der bekannte Trainer und Ausbilder für Mensch und Pferd, wie Disziplin und seine eigene Definition von Erfolg ihn auf seinem Werdegang geprägt haben und welche Wege er für den Umgang mit Emotionen oder dem „Verlust der mentalen Balance“ – nicht nur im Pferdetraining – wählt. Er erklärt, wie er seine eigenen Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten sowie die anderer Menschen ganz nüchtern zu bewerten versucht. Dies hilft ihm unter anderem Toleranz für sich selbst und auch für andere aufzubauen und zu erkennen in welchen Punkten seiner eigenen Persönlichkeit er sich selbst noch weiterentwickeln kann und möchte. Wäre dieses Gedankenmodell auch etwas für dich? In seinem Ausbildungszentrum in Fuldatal bildet Thomas Günther mit der Unterstützung seiner Mitarbeiter und Co-Trainer Pferde, Pferdebesitzer und Trainer aus.
