What if the things you call "mine" were never yours to keep? In this message from 1 Samuel 1–2, we look at Hannah, who begged God for a son for years and then kept her promise to give him back. Her story invites us to trade ownership for stewardship, bring God our unfinished offerings, and trust Him to finish what we surrender.

Abandoned | Care Not Criticism
Accountability is one of the most overlooked yet essential parts of following Jesus. In a culture that encourages independence and avoiding difficult conversations, Scripture calls us to something greater. God never intended for us to walk through life or pursue Him alone. True accountability isn't about judgment, shame, or pointing out someone else's failures. It's about loving one another enough to speak truth, challenge each other, and encourage spiritual growth. We all need people in our lives who will celebrate our victories, confront our struggles, and point us back to Jesus when we lose our way. Accountability without love becomes condemnation, but love without accountability allows us to remain unchanged. Following Jesus means being willing to both give and receive correction. The question isn't whether you need accountability. It's whether you're willing to let someone speak into your life.

Abandoned | The Word We Stopped Saying
Hell is one of the most avoided topics in modern Christianity, yet Jesus spoke about it more than almost anything else. Softening or skipping the difficult parts of Scripture does not make Jesus more approachable. It removes words from Him. God is not sending people to hell. He is patiently extending mercy and sending a lifeline so that no one has to go there. Every follower of Jesus carries a responsibility to share that truth with the people around them. Truth without love becomes a weapon, but love without truth becomes a lie. Jesus modeled both at the same time, and that is the standard we are called to follow. The door is still open today, and someone in your life needs to hear it.
