De nachtclub
<p>Het is niet gemakkelijk om op een laagdrempelige manier met jongeren in gesprek te raken en van hen te horen wat er speelt. Totdat we tijdens de Dutch Design Week kennis maakten met het model “De Nachtclub”. Dit wilden we graag verder uitwerken en zelf toepassen. Marij Quirijnen, Monique Bruijns en Marco van Belle gingen zelf in de nacht op pad en vertellen in deze aflevering hoe ze dat hebben ervaren.</p>

De brainstormsessie met klantreis
<p>Afval vormt, net als in de rest van Nederland, ook in de gemeente Roosendaal een groot probleem. Het is niet gemakkelijk om dé oplossing voor dit probleem te vinden. Natuurlijk gaan we hierover graag met onze inwoners in gesprek. Maar uit ervaring weten we dat dat niet voldoende is. Door het model Brainstormsessie met klantreis toe te passen gaan we naar de kern van het probleem. In deze aflevering leggen Pascal Collard, Geoffrey van der Ven en John Broos uit hoe ze dit model toepassen.</p>
