Ana's Empanadas

Youngla caters to vegans and meat eaters alike. While she takes inspiration from traditional Korean dishes, she also bucks convention. Youngla left her tight-knit family in Seoul many years ago, and today she is a cornerstone of the market vendor family in Rutland.
