<p>So today, on our sixth episode of the season, we get the pleasure of talking about mindfulness and the upcoming 4-week mindfulness workshop on campus through the MIEA, or Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults. That workshop will be co-run by one of our own at MCSW, Judy Oxford! </p><p>Judy is the Associate Director and oversees the substance misuse prevention education and recovery services within the Center for Student Wellness. Not only is she a licensed mental health counselor, but she is also a certified yoga instructor and a certified mindfulness instructor through MIEA. </p><p><br></p>
