This is just a space for real conversations about Jesus, life, healing, and figuring it all out along the way.
I don’t have it all together, and honestly, I don’t want to pretend I do. I just want to sit down, talk about what God is teaching me, and hopefully remind others that she’s not alone.
It’s rooted in Jesus. It’s real life. And it’s us figuring it out together.
Have you ever gone to bed frustrated, anxious, or overwhelmed, just to wake up the next morning still carrying it all?
I know I have. Sometimes we hold on to things from yesterday so tightly that we don’t even give ourselves a chance to start fresh today.
In this episode, we’re talking about learning to let some things go, giving our worries to God, and remembering that just because yesterday was hard doesn’t mean today has to be lived the same way.
Lamentations 3:22–23 reminds us that His mercies are new every morning. What a reminder that we get another day to grow, to trust Him, and to try again.
So whatever you’re carrying today, take a deep breath. Bring it to the Lord. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Yesterday is over. God’s given you a new day. Don’t forget to live it.
Welcome to Rooted and Real.

Trusting God with EVERYTHING
What does it look like to trust God when you’re raising a family on your own and don’t have all the means or answers?
In this special episode of Rooted and Real, I’m sitting down with my mom to talk about her journey as a single mama, the sacrifices she made for her children, and the ways God faithfully provided for our family.
We talk about what it means to get on your knees and pray when you don’t know how things are going to work out, the reality of spiritual warfare, and how God often answers prayers through the obedience of other people.
But one of the most powerful parts of this conversation is a mother’s heart: wanting her children to have eternal life more than anything this world could ever offer them.
This is a conversation about faith that holds on, prayers prayed in the unseen moments, provision that comes when you need it most, and a God who remains faithful even when the road is hard.
If you’re in a season of waiting, struggling to trust God with your family’s needs, or wondering how He’s going to make a way, I hope this conversation reminds you that you are not forgotten.
Sometimes God provides in ways we never expected, through people we never saw coming, and in moments when we have nothing left to do but pray.
God is still faithful. And sometimes, you’re living in the answer to somebody else’s prayers.

Growing Up Together as Sisters, Memories and Faith
In this episode of Rooted and Real, I’m sitting down with my sister just 16months apart to laugh about growing up together, share some childhood memories, expose each other a little, and talk about the bond only sisters can understand.
But somewhere between the laughter and the memories, we get real about growing up, changing, and watching each other become the women God created us to be.

Who Am I? Finding My Identity in Christ | Molly’s Story
In this conversation, Molly opens up about identity, the danger of clinging to the wrong one, and how it can lead us into dark places. We talk about the importance of knowing who Christ is so we can truly understand who we are in Him. Because when we build our identity on the wrong things, we can lose sight of who God created us to be. A real and honest conversation about identity, faith, and finding our way back to Christ.

When the Wilderness Makes You Romanticize Egypt
Sometimes the wilderness gets so uncomfortable that we start romanticizing the very places God delivered us from. In this episode of Rooted and Real, we’re talking about leaving Egypt, the temptation to look back, and learning to trust God even when freedom feels unfamiliar. Just because the wilderness is hard doesn't mean Egypt was better.

What Does Surrender Really Look Like?
Surrender sounds simple until God asks us to actually let go.
We can ask God to fix our circumstances, change our situation, open the door, remove the struggle, or give us the answer we want. But sometimes surrender means laying down our need to control the outcome and trusting God with what happens next.

How sweet it is to be loved
What if we stopped trying to earn the love of Jesus and simply learned to rest in the love He has already shown us?
In this episode of Rooted & Real, we’re talking about the sweetness of being loved by Jesus, a love that knows us completely, meets us in our weakness, doesn’t disappear when we struggle, and invites us to come closer.
Because the sweetest love we’ll ever know is the love we never have to earn.

Are We Waiting on God… or Are We Just Scared?
Honest conversation about faith, fear, and the things we keep putting off.
In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about the difference between waiting on God’s timing and letting fear keep us stuck. We’re talking about seeking God’s direction, wanting Him to agree with our plans, asking for one more sign, and learning that faith doesn’t always mean we feel ready.

Are we loving people correctly?
I’ve always loved people. I remember being younger and crying when I saw homeless people on the side of the road because I didn’t just see their circumstances, I saw a person with a real story. Somewhere along the way, society gave me reasons to question that compassion, and I realized how easy it is to let the world harden the parts of us that used to care so deeply.
In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to love people biblically, to see all sides, and to acknowledge that someone can hurt you and you can still love them.
Loving people doesn’t mean tolerating disrespect or abuse.
I don’t want somebody else’s lack of love to teach me how to stop loving.
Let’s talk about keeping a heart that still sees people.

Are you giving the enemy too much credit?
Have you ever blamed the enemy for everything that goes wrong? I know I have.
In this episode, I’m talking about how sometimes we give the enemy way more power than he actually has. Not saying spiritual warfare isn’t real, because it is, but sometimes we’re so focused on what the enemy is doing that we forget who God is.
We give fear, doubt, anxiety, our past, and negative thoughts way too much control over us.
This is just a real conversation about learning to recognize the voice we’re listening to, stop giving the enemy so much credit, and remember that God still has the final say.
Because the enemy can whisper… but he doesn’t get to write the story.

God’s love starts with Him
What if we stopped trying to earn God’s love and actually believed that He loved us first? Today we’re talking about 1 John 4:9–10, what God’s love really looks like, and why His love is so different from the love we’ve experienced from people. His love isn’t based on our performance, it starts with Him. And there is so much freedom in that.

Vulnerability
Sometimes being vulnerable feels scary because being fully known means someone gets to see the parts of us we usually try to hide. But what if being fully known by God isn’t something to fear? In this episode, we’re talking about Psalm 139 and the freedom that comes from knowing He knows me, and I am still His.

The Promise Was Never “You Won’t Hurt”
Isaiah 43:1–7 has been sitting heavy on my heart because God never promised that we wouldn’t walk through hard things. He actually told us we would.
“WHEN you pass through the waters…” “WHEN you walk through the fire…”
But He PROMISED, “I will be with you.”
In this first episode of Rooted & Real, we’re talking about what it means to know who we are in Christ, especially when life doesn’t look anything like we thought it would. You are still His. You are still loved. And you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have it all together to be held by Him.
This is just the beginning. 🤍 Let’s get rooted. Let’s get real.
