[…] So we don't need to order in as much every week. We can fill in a little bit as we go. And then translating that to, you know, your hard goods, your gift items, your your typical retail. It's sort of the same thing. And it might be seasonally that you're tracking. OK, I brought in this much spring inventory. really paying attention to the numbers of what did we sell next year? Do we need to buy as much? Do we still have some held over? All of that really makes a difference. You know, we like to say for our hard good items, we don't want them to celebrate an anniversary in the store. And if we know that those are the first things that need to be marked down to go because that inventory is just sitting there. […]
