We’re all dealt different cards, it’s what you make of your hand that counts. With that being said I want to let you know you are seen, you are heard and I’m rooting for you. New episodes every Sunday.
You can be tired and still go to the gym. You can be angry and still not take it out on your friend. You can be really sad and still be kind.
Your feelings are valid. Feel it. Then take a beat and show up for yourself anyway because two things can coexist.
In this week’s episode, Bella shares what she’s learned from three years of chasing a dream in New York City, why giving 10% to ten different things might be holding you back, and how to turn the hard days into fuel instead of an excuse. She also previews her 90-day winter arc and invites you to pick one goal to give 100% to and join her.
You’re seen, you’re heard, and I’m Rooting for You!! Until next time <3

When You Feel Stuck
Are you in a situation right now that you would pay anything to snap your fingers and be out of?
Well first, don't let that emotion make decisions for the version of the person you're trying to become.
Second, remember, you've made it through every hard day you once thought you wouldn’t. Every time your resilience carried you through, you came out stronger on the other end.
Breathe. You aren’t stuck. You’re in the middle. And here's how to find your footing.
You’re seen, you’re heard, and I’m rooting for you!! Until next time <3

A New York Minute
This week, Bella is back.. because sometimes you need a little more than a New York minute to do something.
After two years away, she’s creating a space that reminds you that taking the time you need is okay. What matters is the comeback, doing the things you told yourself you’d do to get to where you want to be.
It’s admirable to start the projects you’ve always dreamed of, but Bella is challenging you to have the audacity to take them ten steps further. To keep going when things get hard. To not settle just because you’re in a better position than where you started. And to chase your full potential, because that is when you truly begin to break the cycle.
With that being said, I want you to know that you are seen, you are heard, and I’m rooting for you. See you next week. Bye!

What You Actually Need to Prioritize
This year celebrate the little things for yourself and your friends because I learned it's the journey that makes it enjoyable. Take the pressure of planning off yourself because there's no time in the world where the "right time" is going to exist. Trust your gut, and whether that's saying or doing something you need to or chasing your dreams, I believe in you. With that being said I want to let you know you are seen and you are heard and I’m rooting for you. See you next week, bye!

Your Wake Up Call
The year might be coming to an end but the podcast Rooting for You is just beginning! I wanted to kick off the first episode by normalizing the experiences you're going through not being in the media and how you can work through them. My take on navigating the holidays if yours looks different then your friends and sharing why it's important not to envy people for being in a more "ideal" family dynamic.
I explain how to break the cycle and use what you've gone through in life as a drive to be different, ultimately building the life of your dreams. With that being said I want to let you know you're seen and you're heard and I'm rooting for you. See you next week and happy holidays, bye!
