Taken from the archive recordings of the Discofunk residency at the Vault bunker. This mix is from one of the many nights recorded at our residency at what was then a brand new club called the Vault in Bali, which played host at the time to many of the best DJ's touring through Asia or passing through on their way to Australia / NZ. It was a privilege to be able to play extended sessions a few times each week til dawn. Our home was predominantly the room 2 space, aptly named "the Bunker". Although we did have a few sets in the main club room hosting our own takeover with Sunset People Project from Jakarta and warming up for the likes of Marcellus Pitttman, K-Hand and many more, our favourite place to play was the Bunker. Providing ample opportunities to flex some more room 2 vibes and provide the soundtrack in a more intimate setting. Many a wild night had in this tunnel! I have quite a few of these recordings, two of which are already uploaded (check the bunker sessions playlist). I hope to dig through and get some more of them uploaded to share with you soon. I was joined by BMC familia and all round gentleman Coulson for a two hour frolic through some old trip hop, hip hop and lo-fi tunes from our past. Also on the show our in house sommelier Tom Astley revealed his best bargain breakfast wine and also we hit the record for the number of dogs tuning in for the show...
