Le regole per chi opera nei mercati internazionali sono state riscritte e un banale errore doganale può ora trasformarsi in un serio rischio penale. Analizziamo le nuove differenze tra omessa e infedele dichiarazione e le rigorose soglie matematiche che separano l'illecito amministrativo dal reato, fissate a 10.000 € per i dazi e 100.000 € per l'IVA. Discutiamo inoltre i gravosi costi legati alla confisca delle merci e, soprattutto, come tutelare la tua azienda sfruttando la revisione spontanea per abbattere le sanzioni prima di un controllo ufficiale</p>
