Pastor David Midzi, a trustee of the church and lead minister at Living Faith International Ministries, reminds us that even as the church is in a season of transition, we should embrace it with both reflection and anticipation.
After the faithful and impactful leadership of Moses, a servant who carried out God’s mission with dedication and strength, God’s people faced a pivotal moment. Yet, in that transition, God raised Joshua and gave him a powerful assurance: “As I was with Moses, so I will be with you.”
As we navigate this period of change, he reminds us that we are called to be prayerful, receptive, and united, trusting that God is already at work, lifting the right people for this next season. The same God who was faithful before remains faithful now.
This message encourages us to embrace both gratitude for what has been and faith for what is to come, because God’s presence goes with His people, and His mission always moves forward.

Covenant Friendships in All Seasons
Lawrence unpacks what it means to live in covenant friendship, drawing from 1 Samuel and the powerful relationship between David and Jonathan. Their friendship carried them through difficult seasons as they strengthened one another in God and demonstrated the fruits of the Spirit, gentleness, humility, kindness, patience, and above all, love.
This message reminds us that God calls us to walk closely with those He places around us: to encourage and be encouraged, to stand with one another in hardship, and to grow together in faith and love.
