Something fairly common within our sport is coming up through a rowing program and then returning as a coach. Philadelphia City Rowing is no different, in this respect, in that we have four alumni who coach with the high school teams and several who work with the middle school team as well. This episode features a brief roundtable with the four PCR Alumni who coach the high school teams: Seth, Michaela, Myi, and Kera.
