<p class="ql-align-right">شناخت مردم سومین مرحله از فرایند نوآوری و آخرین مرحله در بخش تحقیقات هست. بعد از این بخش ما به مرحله ی بررسی داده های بخش تحقیق وارد می شویم٬ بنابراین هرچه این مرحله وسیع تر و عمیق تر انجام شود داده های ما برای تحلیل در مرحله ی بعد بیشتر مورد استناد خواهد بود. بخش شناخت مردم یا کاربر یکی از مراحل تاثیر گذار در فرایند طراحی هست در این مرحله یاد می گیریم که چطور با یک درک همدلانه نیازهای مردم را کشف کنیم و به آنها فرصت بیان خواسته هاشان را بدهیم. در این اپیزود ما برای شما از ذهنیت های این مرحله صحبت می کنیم</p>
