炎熱的夏日，走在路上超過5分鐘就會滿身大汗，如果不想花錢到緯度比較高的國家避暑，其實到高山上，就是很不錯的避暑方式，以前小時候地理課本有教過，海拔每上升100公尺，氣溫就會下降大約1度，如果空氣比教潮濕，每100公尺也會下降0.6度，真的到了幾千公尺的高山上，氣候會非常舒爽宜人。根據研究，爬山也能夠增強心肺功能、促進新陳代謝，對身體有很多好處，而且遠離都市塵囂，也能讓身心靈得到放鬆，一旦放鬆下來，有助於睡眠品質提升。 今天的故事主角是小齊，小齊與他的夥伴要前往傳說中的奇幻峰，收拾好行李，我們在夢中跟著他們一起登頂吧! 德國著名的法蘭克福學派哲學家班雅明，在他所寫的《機械複製時代的藝術作品》一書中，提到一個概念，叫做光暈，這個概念是在資本主義時代的大量複製技術背景中誕生，班雅明認為，所謂的光暈，只有「獨一無二的藝術作品」會產生光暈，光暈具有即時即地的特性，譬如達文西的《蒙娜麗莎的微笑》或是《最後的晚餐》，都是獨一無二的作品，儘管在網路上可以看得到照片，但是大家還是會到博物館看真跡，這就是光暈的魅力。 班雅明認為，資本主義時代下，電影、攝影為主的複製技術誕生，讓藝術作品逐漸失去光暈，失去獨一無二的特性，不過，在這樣的機械複製時代，這些新技術，也讓作品從藝術原本的權威性、神聖性當中給解放出來，從而，人們也找回面對、凝視藝術作品時的主體性。 事物總是有一體兩面，每個時代都會因為新技術，而催生出那個時代的精神特質，像是現在的AI很夯，有些人覺得AI解放了生產力，讓不管是工作或生活上，都更加便利，我們每一集的睡前故事，都會在IG、臉書上，PO出符合那一集的情境圖卡，幫助大家更快速跟著故事，進入睡眠狀態，而那樣的圖卡，是我用AI製作出來的，所以像我這種藝術天分不好的人來說，AI是一個福音，不過，也有一些人會覺得，如果甚麼事情都請AI幫忙，最終會摧毀身為人的創造力。而這就是AI的兩面性，AI到底會帶來正面還是負面的效果，也許兩者都有，最終都會揉合在一起，成為這個時代的特質，這需要時間來驗證。 今天的故事主角是阿蘭，他來到數萬光年外的地球，尋找自己文明遺失已久的東西，他要找的東西是甚麼呢?一起跟著阿蘭來一場星際之旅吧!
