Kritik paling kencang disuarakan terkait fasilitas-fasilitas, terutama perpanjangan kontrak, yang dinilai memberi karpet merah untuk para Pengusaha batu bara. </p> <p>Secara total ada 143 (dari total 217) pasal diubah, atau sekitar 80% dari jumlah pasal di Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tersebut. Secara rinci, ada 51 pasal ditambah, 83 pasal diubah, dan 9 pasal dihapus. Lalu, Pasal apa saja yang berubah dan apa signifikansinya terhadap industri pertambangan? dan yang paling penting, berpihak kepada siapa UU minerba yang telah diparipurnakan ini?</p>

<p>Masyarakat teriak ketika tagihan tarif listrik mereka Bulan April 2020 mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, disisi lain PLN dengan segala problematikanya mengatakan tidak ada kenaikan tetapi pembebanan pemakaian bulan sebelumnya.PLN dengan beban hutang yang begitu besar harus memikul kembali program gratis 3 bulan untuk golongan 450 VA dan diskon 50% untuk golongan 900 VA. Mungkinkah ini yang menyebabkan naiknya tagihan tersebut? . . </p>
