<p>The sporting cup runneth over, with World Cup football, darts, Wimbledon, US Open golf, State of Origin Rugby League, netball finals and of course yet another round of our favourite - AFL. </p> <p>In the hotly contested Lenny's Fine Food Tipping Competition, Ken tipped the card in a form reversal to rival anything seen on a sporting field anywhere.</p> <p>This week there's plenty of sport to discuss and Finey even went to the theatre. </p> <p>Musically, it's families in the spotlight and you will be surprised to hear some of the names bandied about including The Hives, Greta Van Fleet, The DeFranco Family and Iggy and the Stooges. <p>Welcome aboard your weekly flight to the Bermuda Triangle of podcasting otherwise known as Ruck 'n Roll (insert Vincent Price Thriller laugh but strictly no MJ-like groin touching).</p> <p>Captain Hillier speaking at the controls, along with First Officer Kenny 'Cockpit' Francis and your cabin crew Purser Peak and our Chef de Mission - launching Lenny's Fine Flying Food - Mark Fine. </p> <p>Our flight time is one hour but with the expected wind gusts from the Purser and the constant re-rooting of the flight path, delays to our final destination are expected.</p> <p>There will be turbulence, plus altitude and attitude variances, and please observe the 'no smirking' signs. </p> <p>For the comfort of your fellow passengers, please keep flatulence to a minimum, belching to an acceptable volume and strictly no nose picking.</p> <p>For your listening enjoyment the cabin crew will be with you soon to see if you would like headphones.
