Week 14 – Regular Season vorbei, jetzt wird’s richtig ernst.
Die Regular Season ist Geschichte – und Christian hat es tatsächlich noch geschafft, sein letztes Matchup einzutüten. Ein Sieg, der sich anfühlt wie ein letzter Funken Hoffnung in einem Fantasy-Jahr, das mehr Drama hatte als eine komplette Staffel „Love Island“. Jetzt steht er in den Playoffs und spielt um den Einzug ins Halbfinale. Die Nervosität? Hoch. Der Puls? Im roten Bereich. Die Erwartungen? Viel zu groß. Aber hey – genau dafür spielen wir diesen Wahnsinn doch. Thomas hingegen schaut gemütlich zu, wie Christian den Playoff-Wahnsinn betritt – wahrscheinlich mit Popcorn in der Hand, bereit für emotionale Höhenflüge, mentale Zusammenbrüche und mindestens einen Spieler, der aus Prinzip genau dann underperformt, wenn man ihn am dringendsten braucht. Die Bühne steht, die Stakes sind hoch und ab jetzt zählt jeder verdammte Punkt. Regular Season over, Playoffs all out, Ready Break!

WEEK 13 – Wenn Fantasy einfach nur noch weh tut.
Diese Woche hat uns beiden wieder gezeigt, dass Fantasy-Football einfach keine Gnade kennt. Christian hat erneut so heftig eingeschenkt bekommen, dass man fast glaubt, seine Gegner hätten sich verschworen, um jede Woche ein persönliches Season-High gegen ihn rauszuballern. Währenddessen hat Thomas aus reiner Höflichkeit scheinbar beschlossen, einfach gar nichts zu scoren – so nach dem Motto: „Ich will meinen Gegner ja nicht überfordern.“ Sein Team war so still, man hätte fast den Eindruck, es wäre in den Bye-Week-Urlaub geflogen. Die Seahawks rasten völlig aus, die Vikings verlieren komplett die Kontrolle, und irgendwo dazwischen sitzen Christian und Thomas und merken, dass der Playoff-Hunt sich leise, aber sehr bestimmt aus dem Staub macht.

Week 12 – JSN Highs, Gibbs Hopes & Pure Fantasy Pain
„Week 12, Shotgun Gibbs for the win, X Deep JSN Season High, Full Fantasy Devastation, Ready, Break!“ 🎙️ Week 12 hat uns beide einmal quer über das Fantasy-Feld geprügelt – und zwar ohne Rücksicht auf Gefühle, Playoff-Träume oder gesunden Menschenverstand. 💀 Christian klammert sich noch an ein Wunder, und zwar an das heilige Duo Purdy & CMC, die zusammen ungefähr so viele Punkte brauchen wie ein mittelgroßes NFL-Team an einem guten Tag. 64.2 Punkte… völlig realistisch. Also zumindest in Madden. 😅 Bei Thomas hingegen? Da ist das Licht schon aus. 🔌Damit noch etwas geht, müssten Kittle + Dowdle gemeinsam knapp 100 Punkte machen. 98.1.Kurz gesagt: Thomas ist offiziell in den Bonus-Content-Modus gewechselt. Statt Siegesjubel gibt’s diese Woche also:Frust, Leid, leichte Existenzkrisen – und ein paar Highlights von Gibbs und JSN, die immerhin versucht haben, uns emotional zu destabilisieren. Eine Folge voller Selbstironie, Galgenhumor und echtem Fantasy-Realismus:Wenn’s bergab geht, dann aber bitte mit Stil. Und einem Drink. Oder zwei. 🏈🔥
