Frohes neues FebruJahr! Ähhh was??? Wer sagt denn, dass ein Neuanfang nur mit "Guten Vorsätzen" am Anfang des Jahres möglich sind? Maike ist ganz anderer Meinung: "Alles auf Anfang" geht immer. Ein Neuanfang bedeutet nicht, alles wegzuwerfen, sondern bewusst einen Reset zu setzen – im Alltag, im Denken, im Verhalten. Achtsamkeit hilft, diesen Startpunkt zu bemerken, zu entlasten und freundlich zu gestalten. Also: Frohes neues FebruJahr! www.ruheimgewusel.de
