Eine Pflegesituation ist oftmals herausfordernd, und vielen ist daher nicht zum Lachen zumute. Aber die positive Wirkung von Humor und Lachen sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Besonders wenn die Sorgen groß sind und Leichtigkeit fehlt, kann Lachen Menschen verbinden und Stress abbauen.

Es fällt oft nicht leicht, Menschen wirklich aufmerksam sein Gehör und damit Raum für ihre Sorgen, Nöte und Gedanken zu geben, dabei ist zuhören und gehört werden ist ein Geschenk für andere aber auch für sich selbst. Gerade in belastenden Pflegesituationen fehlt es oft an mitfühlenden Zuhörer*innen. In den Gesprächsgruppen der Kontaktstellen PflegeEngagement geht es genau darum: sich gehört fühlen und anderen zuhören und dabei merken, man ist nicht allein. Music by Piano_Music from Pixabay
