<div>Veränderungen werfen Ihre Schatten voraus - Björn und Thomas sprechen in dieser Folge über Thomas´Umzug in den Norden, über daraus resultierende Veränderungen und über ihre sportlichen Ziele für die nächste Monate. Björn bleibt zwar "allein" in Jena zurück (Lost in Ost), das Band zwischen beiden kann aber auch die Distanz nicht trennen ;-). Folge 21: Top-Resultate als Läufer
<div>Trommelwirbel und Applaus! In Folge 21 haben Björn und Thomas zum zweiten Mal den Ultracycler Jürgen Löschner zu Gast. Nur geht es dieses Mal nicht um seine Ultracycling Abenteuer, sondern um Jürgens beeindruckende Erfolge im Laufsport. Egal ob auf den Trails oder der Straße - Jürgen liebt das Laufen und ganz besonders familiäre Wettkämpfe zusammen mit der Lauf-Community. Doch auf der Strecke heißt es für ihn dann Vollgas, denn nach eigenen Aussagen kennt Jürgen im Wettkampf dann "keine Freunde" und besticht durch beeindruckende Podiumsergebnisse über diverse Distanzen. <br>Viel Spaß beim Hören! </div>
