What No One Tells You About Opening A Salon
Opening my first salon didn’t start with a business plan or investors, it started with a walk around the block, a “For Rent” sign, and a whole lot of confidence I hadn’t yet earned.
In this first episode, I share the story of opening my very first salon in the United States and the lessons I learned the hard way; from underestimating costs, to doing everything myself, to pushing through the discomfort and starting small.
This episode isn’t about regret. It’s about context. About the things we don’t know yet and how not knowing them sometimes gives us the courage to begin.
If you’re a salon, spa, or wellness professional navigating growth or just beginning, this conversation is for you.
