Root chakra imbalances include feeling unsafe, unstable, chaotic, not grounded, etc. When your root chakra is in balance, you feel safe, stable, connected, grounded, and level headed. You feel safe in your body, as well. It is normal to sometimes feel unsteady and like your energy is off- like you need to get back to center. This visualization will help you get present with your body and connect with the Earth. You will leave this visualization feeling safe, loved, secure, grounded, and supported.
