Creating safe spaces together_Part 1

In this episode Melissa and I discuss ways to create a safe space for women to find their voice and process truth together in real time. We discuss who benefits from facilitator training, and how growing in our skills impacts our confidence and ability to relax, listen, and follow the Holy Spirit.

I love Melissa's gut level honesty as she shares her own preconceptions about who "needs" or benefits from facilitator training. "Once I got a taste of a facilitated group, that made me want to go for as much training as I could get for ME." After experiencing one of our modules, Melissa discovered reasons why women of all ages and stages benefit from Entrust's facilitator training.

Stay tuned for Part 2 of my discussion with Melissa as we talk about basic skills you can implement today as you create spaces of trust and depth around God's Word in your small groups.

For more info on Coaching with Melissa, contact her at: mmsnoozer4@gmail.com

Why Small Groups - A space for all voices

In our small groups, we want each participant to find their voice because each of us brings a unique contribution to the table. It all starts with creating an environment that fosters this.

How do we acknowledge the vulnerability of joining a small group and put people at ease?

What ways can we open the door for others to share glimpses of who they are and how they see the world?

What are some things we can do to ease the transition from family, traffic, and work to reflecting on Scripture and sharing from deeper places?

You'll want to listen until the end to hear Tom's 3 MVPs for small groups!

If you'd like to more about my ministry with Entrust or participate in one of our trainings, check out my website:

www.amber4entrust.com

Facebook & Instragram: @amber4entrust

Until next time!
