<p>I get lost in my mind and that's where I've been lately.</p> <p>I get real with you about how I've felt in a weird funk and how even if you're only surviving and taking things one day (or one TASK) at a time, that's enough.</p> <p>This is how I've been, how I've still maintained habits, how some days are high and some days are low.</p> <p> There wasn't any real structure to this episode but I just share my current struggles that maybe you're facing right now too.
