Saint Slut is a podcast about sex, relationships, pleasure, and modern womanhood.
Episodes feature personal essays, listener confessions, and reflections on desire, identity, and intimacy.
New episodes weekly.
What does it mean to surrender without abandoning yourself?
In this episode, I explore submission, control, and the desire to place yourself in another person’s hands. We talk about why powerful people may long to stop steering, how devotion can quietly become self-erasure, and the difference between choosing vulnerability and forgetting where you put your power.
Perhaps submission isn’t powerlessness at all. Perhaps it is trusting yourself enough to be transformed—and knowing when it’s time to return to shore.

q&a | saint slut episode 14
This week we’re doing a Q&A. From dating and femininity to spirituality, relationships, the Virgin Mary on my wall, and a few questions that made me expose myself a little more than expected…
I always love these videos because they end up feeling less like an interview and more like we’re just sitting down having a conversation.
If you have a question you’d like me to answer in the next one, leave it in the comments. I read them all.

i am just a concept | saint slut episode 13
There was a moment in my early twenties that completely changed the way I think about being human.
This is a story about wonder, imagination, and why I’ve always felt more like a visitor than a permanent resident in my own skin.

women shape culture, men follow: beauty, desire, and heartbreak | saint slut episode 12
People love to say women live for male attention, but the older I get, the less true that feels.
In this episode, I talk about why women shape culture more than we realize, why men are often trying to keep up with us rather than the other way around, and how attraction actually works in the real world.
I also get personal about a recent heartbreak and what it feels like when someone leaves a mark on you, even after they’re gone.
Beauty, power, desire, grief, and the stories we tell ourselves about all of it.

monogamy or did you mean monotony? | saint slut episode 11
Once, I went with my partner at the time to Disneyland, and somewhere between the crowds, the long lines, and a glimpse of our reflection in the Haunted Mansion, I found myself wondering if love is supposed to feel more exciting than this.
We've been sold the idea that love should constantly feel like fireworks, adventure, and butterflies. In reality, love often looks much quieter. It's commitment. Loyalty. Choosing each other even when life feels repetitive. The spark doesn't disappear—it simply settles into embers that need tending.
I also realized something else: my boyfriend doesn't actually like Disneyland. He goes because it makes me happy.
And that led me to another realization—one person cannot be your everything.
Your partner doesn't have to be your best friend, therapist, travel companion, adventure buddy, and sole source of entertainment all wrapped into one. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do for a relationship is build a life outside of it.
Love isn't less meaningful because it's comfortable. Sometimes comfort is the greatest expression of love there is.
And if all else fails, at least s*x is still cheaper than Disneyland.

the internet destroyed romance | saint slut episode 10
We live in an era where everything is curated.
Our faces.
Our bodies.
Our vacations.
Our personalities.
Our relationships.
And I think somewhere along the way we started expecting love to be curated too.
Perfect partners.
Perfect chemistry.
Perfect communication.
Perfect timing.
But the older I get, the more convinced I become that real love is not perfection.
It’s compromise.
It’s forgiveness.
It’s choosing someone again and again despite the fact that they are human.
This episode is about modern romance, unrealistic expectations, social media, and why finding love may require us to become a little less curated and a little more honest.

i was almost a teenage runaway | saint slut episode 9
At 15, I met a bisexual Wall Street kid on a cruise ship who invited me to Rihanna’s afterparty in New York. I became fully convinced this was my destiny and immediately started plotting how to secretly get to NYC with my friends.
This episode is about teenage delusion, social climbing, rich kids, sexuality, and the beginning of my obsession with New York and becoming “somebody.”

I Was Supposed to Hate Myself - Confidence as Rebellion | saint slut episode 8
Growing up as a girl often means inheriting shame before you even understand your own body. In this episode, I talk about femininity, insecurity, body politics, beauty standards, and why learning to love yourself can become an act of rebellion.
This is a conversation about confidence—not as arrogance, but as refusing to abandon yourself in a world that benefits from your insecurity.
What they named a cage, make a home.

women aren’t public property | saint slut episode 7
Women are expected to be beautiful, desirable, sexually expressive, emotionally available—and somehow completely free.
This episode is about Tumblr girls, male entitlement, online misogyny, internet girlhood, and what happens when a woman decides her attention has value. I talk about the men who flooded my inbox, the rage that followed the second I asked to be compensated for access to me, and the strange grief of deleting years of my writing and losing the girl I used to be alongside it.
Somewhere between female rage and nostalgia, this became a story about survival, memory, sexuality, and rewriting yourself after the internet tries to consume you.
Welcome to Saint Slut.

The Men You Want vs. The Men You Need | saint slut episode 6
Attraction is not a strategy.
In this episode, we’re talking about the kind of men you feel drawn to—and why that pull isn’t always aligned with the life you actually want. Because the truth is, some men are exciting… but they’re also distracting, draining, and ultimately limiting.
This is about discernment.
About understanding the difference between chemistry and compatibility.
And about choosing a man who adds to your life—not one you have to recover from.

You’re Not Meant to Be Accessible | saint slut episode 5
Access to you should come with a cost.
And most people can’t afford it.
This episode is about what happens when you stop centering being chosen—and start moving with discernment instead. Your energy is an investment. Where you place it determines what you receive.
If it’s not adding to your life, it’s taking from it.

the perfect man is a woman | saint slut episode 3
SEND ME YOUR CONFESSIONS 💋321-376-7588
Men speak in lines. Women speak in color.
In this episode, I explore why modern dating feels fractured, why so many feminine women feel spiritually displaced, and whether the man we long for ever truly existed.
We talk sexual polarity, equality vs sameness, softness, strength, and the tension between independence and devotion.
This one is layered. Sit with it.

being a messy girl | saint slut episode 1
Saint Slut is a manifesto for women who are done pretending.
In a culture obsessed with perfection, this podcast explores the courage it takes to be flawed out loud. We talk about shame, sensuality, identity, bad decisions, self-growth, femininity, relationships, and the messy reality of being human.
You were told to “be yourself.”
No one told you that authenticity would be inconvenient.
This isn’t self-help.
It’s self-honesty.
New episodes weekly.
Stay human. Stay messy.
