There is only immortality.</p> <p>In the second boon, Nachiketa asks to be reunited with his father, who had died. Death grants his request, and Nachiketa is reunited with his father in the afterlife. </p> <p>In the third boon, Nachiketa asks to be freed from the cycle of birth and death. Death grants his request, and Nachiketa achieves immortality.</p>
